Dear Howard University Employee,

 
Microsoft Teams Voice allows you to make and receive external calls directly through your Microsoft Teams application, giving you the flexibility to stay connected, whether you’re on campus, at home, or on the go! Many of Howard’s faculty and staff are already making use of this awesome new feature.
 
As we near the conclusion of the Microsoft Teams Voice (MSTV) Migration project, we need your help to validate and assign the remaining telephone numbers across campus.

What We Need From You  - To avoid telephony service disruption, please submit your departmental directory or confirm your personal telephone number today. 

• Personal Telephone Number Validation (to be submitted by individual personnel)   
  • DIRECTORY UPDATE FORM. (Please complete the form to confirm your HU-issued telephone number. Numbers that are not submitted will be subject to reassignment.)
• Department Directory Validation (to be submitted by department admins on behalf of multiple personnel)
  • DIRECTORY UPDATE SPREADSHEET. (Please download and complete the spreadsheet and email it to the ETS helpdesk at HUhelpdesk@howard.edu, CC jessica.starke@howard.edu)
