Start your Cybersecurity Awareness Training Now!

We are pleased to announce the forthcoming Quarter 3 Cybersecurity Awareness Training modules, reinforcing our dedication to safeguarding our network and user data. Your participation is vital as we collectively strive to enhance our institution’s cybersecurity posture.

Tomorrow, Jan. 14, you will receive an email from "Mandatory Howard Cybersecurity Training," with the subject "Welcome to the Quarterly Cybersecurity Awareness Training.” Please note that this email IS NOT SPAM and is coming directly from the training platform KnowBe4. The email is addressed to you and will contain the training links and the required completion date.

For those who prefer using a mobile app, the KnowBe4 application is available in your mobile device store (i.e., Apple App Store or Google Play Store) for download. Search for the KnowBe4 Learner App and follow the instructions to access your training. 

All employees are required to participate in these quarterly modules, and each module is designed to elevate your cybersecurity awareness in 20 minutes or less. More information on the University's cybersecurity policy is available for reference on the Enterprise Technology Services site. If you are a manager, please view the dashboard tab, where you can access your Team Dashboard. This dashboard enables you to view your team members’ progress. Please encourage all team members to complete their training.
