- Submit a request 24/7 at the ETS Enterprise Service Center.
- Visit us at the new UGL Walk-up Service Desk Mon-Fri, 9 a.m.-5 p.m.

Student Printing Services
With our newly added printers in the Louis Stokes iLab, accessing reliable and affordable printing for assignments, research, and projects has become a little easier. Visit us at the iLab during our convenient fall hours.
iLab Hours of Operation (UGL & Stokes Health Sciences Library):
*Please note: Current operating hours are Mon-Fri 8:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Louis Stokes Fall Semester iLab hours will begin on September 2nd.
- Fall/Spring 2025–26
- Mon–Thurs: 8:30 a.m.-10 p.m.
- Fri–Sat: 8:30 a.m.-5 p.m.
- Sun: 1-10 p.m.
- Summer 2026
- Mon–Fri: 9 a.m.-5 p.m.
Help us Rename the ETS Walk-Up
Stop by the ETS Walk-up Desk in UGL before August 29 to participate in the walk-up's renaming in honor of its new location. The selected name will be announced on Thursday, September 11.
