ETS provides complimentary applications and services for students, faculty, and staff, as well as in-person technology support.

Student Printing Services
With our newly added printers in the Louis Stokes iLab, accessing reliable and affordable printing for assignments, research, and projects has become a little easier. Visit us at the iLab during our convenient fall hours.

iLab Hours of Operation (UGL & Stokes Health Sciences Library):

*Please note: Current operating hours are Mon-Fri 8:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Louis Stokes Fall Semester iLab hours will begin on September 2nd. 

  • Fall/Spring 2025–26
    • Mon–Thurs: 8:30 a.m.-10 p.m.
    • Fri–Sat: 8:30 a.m.-5 p.m.
    • Sun: 1-10 p.m.
  • Summer 2026
    • Mon–Fri: 9 a.m.-5 p.m.

Help us Rename the ETS Walk-Up
Stop by the ETS Walk-up Desk in UGL before August 29 to participate in the walk-up's renaming in honor of its new location. The selected name will be announced on Thursday, September 11.

Stop by the ETS Walk-Up in UGL till Friday, August 29. Scan the QR Code posted at the service desk and submit your idea on the spot!
