Check out the New Workday Help Feature Today
Dear Howard University Community,
Workday Help, a new feature that includes knowledge articles and case management processes, makes it easier to find information and get the support you need!
Enterprise Technology Services (ETS) is proud to continue its partnership with the Office of Human Resources in championing Workday Help, a centralized support platform first announced in May 2025. While knowledge articles and the creation of new cases are currently focused primarily on Human Resources services, the scope of support is expanding as we move forward. The ETS Workday team is now actively working to extend Workday Help functionality to include finance-related topics and support for employees who support students.
- Find many articles and create cases to receive more personalized support, and even create a case directly from a knowledge article.
- When using Workday Search, you may see relevant articles appear automatically. You can also access the Help Center by clicking “Help” in the menu, where you’ll find articles and a button to create a case.
For more, go to the training videos for simple instructions on creating a case or read our answers to common questions.
ETS is excited to continue supporting this growing initiative, which reflects our commitment to delivering accessible, integrated, and user-focused support to the university. Also, be on the lookout for continued enhancements as we broaden the impact of Workday Help to better serve the Howard community.
In Truth and Service,
Enterprise Technology Service
