ServiceNow Phase II Launch

The update of ServiceNow to include the relaunch of the customer portal, the initial launch of a service catalog and CMDB as well as revise the incident management portfolio.

Device Refresh: iLab/UGL, Dorms & Lenovo Swap 

The scope of this project involves the replacement of out-of-warranty Lenovo laptops and the dorms/ laboratory devices with a strategic transition to HP and Apple devices.

Campus Network Modernization

University wide upgrade of network switch hardware and wireless access points. Also network security and monitoring enhancements

Teams Voice

Migration plan to transfer all University DID phone numbers to the Microsoft Teams voice platform.  Create new contact center solutions for ETS Helpdesk, FPP Clinic, and Enrollment mgmt.

Wonder Plaza Relocation

Relocation of staff and technology ahead of Real Estate major renovation of the Wonder Plaza building.

WAN Re-design

The campus public internet point of presence / internet edge will be relocated to fully redundant, dual data center, off-site locations.

Confluence Overhaul

Update of all processes and documentation on each department confluence site.  This also includes the revision of the ETS incident playbook.

ETS is testing MS Defender as a tool protect devices, identities, and data from various types of cyber threats

Policies Review/Update

Cybersecurity, HU Email Management &  Incident Response policies need to be reviewed, updated and approved by the policy committee.
