Dear Howard University Community, 

Welcome to week 4 of Cybersecurity Awareness Month! This week, we want to highlight the Quarter 2 Cybersecurity Awareness Training modules, reinforcing our dedication to safeguarding our network and user information. Your participation is crucial as we collectively strive to enhance our institution's cybersecurity posture.

On Wednesday, October 16, you should have received an email titled "Mandatory Howard Cybersecurity Training" with the subject of "Welcome to the Quarterly Cybersecurity Awareness Training."

Please note that this email IS NOT SPAM and originates directly from the training platform KnowBe4. The email is addressed to you and will contain the training links and the required completion date.

For those who prefer accessing the training via mobile, the KnowBe4 application is available for download in your mobile device store (i.e., Apple App Store or Google Play Store). Search for the KnowBe4 Learner App and follow the instructions here to access your training.

All employees are required to participate in these quarterly modules, each of which is designed to boost your cybersecurity awareness in 20 minutes or less. Additional information about the University's cybersecurity policy is available for reference on the Enterprise Technology Services website. 

Managers should navigate the dashboard tab to access the “Team Dashboard.” This feature enables you to monitor your team members’ progress. Please encourage all team members to complete their training.
