Are You Ready for the ETS Training?

ETS is excited to continue our Tech Tuesday series with a new lineup of hands-on training workshops for May 2026. Designed to support our university community, these sessions provide practical, easy-to-apply skills that enhance productivity and confidence in your daily work.

  • Working Together in Microsoft 365: Collaboration, Sharing, and Permissions – May 5, 2026

This one‑hour workshop helps participants understand how sharing and permissions work in Microsoft 365, including SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams. Every day, people share files without realizing who can see, edit, or reshare their content. This session explains those basics in a practical, easy‑to‑follow way.

  • Better Notes Start with OneNote – May 12, 2026

Attachments in a folder, calendar invitations in Outlook, meeting notes in Word — did you know you can have it all in one place? That place would be OneNote. Join us for a hands-on, one-hour session on how you can use OneNote to start keeping better notes.

  • My Notebook is Mine! Exporting and Sharing OneNote Notebooks – May 19, 2026

Your notes belong to you — but knowing how to save, export, and share them the right way is key. This one‑hour training helps participants take control of their OneNote notebooks, so their work is never shared or overwritten by mistake.

  • Around the Apps in 60 minutes – May 26, 2026

A quick down and dirty into the apps available to you while using Microsoft 365 — from Sway, to Stream, to Loop. Come get hands-on with the apps.
