As we approach the January 6th launch of the Enterprise Service Center (ESC), we’re excited to share more details to ensure you’re prepared to make the most of this new platform from day one. 

What You Can Expect Starting January 6th: 

  • Centralized Support at Your Fingertips: The ESC will be your go-to destination for submitting service requests, tracking progress, and accessing helpful resources. Say goodbye to lengthy email exchanges and hello to faster, more transparent support.
  • Access to the Knowledge Base: Empower yourself with a wealth of self-service resources to troubleshoot common issues and find answers quickly.
  • Real-Time Updates: Track the status of your requests in real time, keeping you informed every step of the way. 

How to Access the ESC: 
On January 6th, simply visit AccessHU. You’ll log in using your Howard credentials and be ready to explore everything the ESC has to offer. 

Resources to Help You Get Started: 
To make your transition to the ESC seamless, we will provide resources to guide you: 

  • Quick Start Guide: A step-by-step guide to using the ESC.
  • Video Walkthrough: Learn how to submit a request and navigate the portal in minutes.
  • Live Support: Our team will be available to assist with any questions during the first week of launch.

Training will be provided to cover all of the new enhancements, and you will have access to online job aids and tutorials.
