Have a Cool Name for the New iLab? Submit Your Idea Now!

Dear Howard University Community,

The Wonder Plaza iLab will close on August 15. But don’t worry, we’re moving to a new location!

The new iLab at the Louis Stokes Health Sciences Library opens on August 18. Explore a reimagined space built for innovation, collaboration, and creativity. We can’t wait to support you in our new location. The new ETS Walk-Up location in the Undergraduate Library (UGL) is now open! We’re inviting you to be part of something special. Help us give the space a new name!

This move is more than a change of address; it’s an opportunity to reimagine how we support the HU community. We’re looking for a name that reflects the energy, innovation, and spirit of Bison Nation. Whether your idea is creative, meaningful, or just plain fun, we want to hear it. Submit your suggestion and share what inspired it. The top five submissions will move on to the final round, and the winning name will be revealed on September 11 during our official opening celebration.

How to Submit Your Idea:

  • Option 1: Submit online
  • Option 2: Submit in person
    • Stop by the ETS Walk-Up in UGL from August 12 to 29. Scan the QR Code posted at the service desk and submit your idea on the spot!

Let’s give this tech-forward space a name that reflects who we are and where we’re going. Help us shape the future of walk-up tech support at Howard University! If you have additional questions, you can open a ticket on the Enterprise Service Center or contact the Service Desk at huhelpdesk@howard.edu.
