Howard University is currently undergoing a transition to Microsoft Teams Voice (MSTV), and we are committed to
providing comprehensive support throughout this process. We invite faculty and staff to join Enterprise Technology
Services (ETS) on Friday, June 20th for a live informational webinar designed to introduce and guide you through the new
MSTV experience. Whether you have already transitioned or are scheduled for an upcoming migration, this session will
provide you with the necessary tools, tips, and knowledge to effectively utilize Microsoft Teams as your primary phone
system
This session will cover everything from setup to best practices for daily use and will include a live Q&A with ETS.
What to Expect:
- What You Will Know – Gain a high-level understanding of MSTV, including what’s changing, and how it impacts
you. - The Migration Journey – Discover key milestones, available support resources, and what to expect before, during, and after your transition.
- Productivity Tips – Learn how to manage voicemail, call forwarding, quiet hours, and other essential features
