Transition the Telephony Platform to Microsoft Teams Voice

Dear Howard University Community,
As part of Howard University’s modernization initiative, Enterprise Technology Services (ETS) is preparing to transition our telephony platform to Microsoft Teams Voice. This upgrade will provide a unified communications experience, enabling calls, chats, and meetings directly through your Teams application!
Do you require a physical handset?
ETS will only provide desk phones for:
- Reception desks.
- Executive personnel/offices.
- Laboratories.
- Catering kitchens.
All other users, including those requiring headsets, must procure devices through their department.

ETS Help Desk at HUHelpDesk@howard.edu.
