We are thrilled to announce the Enterprise Service Center (ESC) is officially live! The purpose of the ESC is to enhance the user experience with Enterprise Technology Services (ETS), ushering in a new era of accessing and managing IT support and services.
How to Access the ESC
As of January 6, users can access the ESC by visiting AccessHU. Simply log in using your Howard University credentials, click the 'ESC IS LIVE' banner, and you’ll be ready to explore all the features and services ESC has to offer.
