Dear Howard University Community,

What’s New? The Walk-Up Experience!
As part of the move, we’re launching the Walk-Up Experience, a new feature designed to streamline your visit. With this upgrade, you’ll enjoy:

  • modern queue system to reduce wait times.
  • Real-time updates on your place in line.
  • A more visible and responsive support environment.
  • A smoother, more personalized support journey.

What to Expect at the New Location:

  • In-person tech support, Monday-Friday, 9 a.m.-5 p.m.
  • Help with university-issued laptops, phones, and hotspots.
  • Troubleshooting for connectivity, accounts, and more.
  • A welcoming, inclusive space designed with students in mind.
  • Clear signage and a tech-forward service model.

Important Dates:

  • Now-July: Services at Wonder Plaza are winding down.

Stay tuned for more updates and keep an eye out for new signage and announcements across campus. In the meantime, continue to follow us on Instagram and LinkedIn for updates, sneak peeks, and tech tips. We can’t wait to welcome you to our new space and introduce you to the future of walk-up tech support!
