Why can't I see my course shell on Blackboard Learn?

Check your BisonWeb account to make sure you are registered for the course.

IF you do see the course on your BisonWeb for the selected term, then here are the elements on how to identify course on your Blackboard Learn account:

Subject Code (Subj): e.g. ABCD

Course Number (Crse): e.g. 555

Section Number (Sec): e.g. 01

Year & Term (not on BisonWeb): e.g. 202008 (Fall 2020 - Traditional Term)

These four elements create the Course ID, which would be found on Blackboard Learn as ABCD55501202008.

IF you do not see the course listed on your BisonWeb for the selected term, then reach out to your academic administrator (i.e. Department Chair and Dean) to obtain and fill out the Course Schedule Form. This form should be provided by and submitted to markel.gall@howard.edu.
