Helpdesk Tickets

Users can submit issues to huhelpdesk@howard.edu, call the helpdesk number at 202-806-2020, or attend the general walk-up in the Academic Computing Center in WonderPlaza. Users can also submit a helpdesk ticket during the walk-up support period if that’s their preference.
