Campus Network Modernization
University wide upgrade of network switch hardware and wireless access points. Also network security and monitoring enhancements
Howard University WAN redesign
The campus public internet point of presence / internet edge will be relocated to fully redundant, dual data center, off-site locations.

MS Teams Voice
Telecommunications migration (MS Teams Voice): Migration plan to transfer all University DID phone numbers to the Microsoft Teams voice platform. Create new contact center solutions for ETS Helpdesk, FPP Clinic, and Enrollment management.
Outdoor Wireless Enhancements
Confluence Overhaul: Update of all processes and documentation on each department confluence site. This also includes the revision of the ETS incident playbook.
